NEAM have been the Managing agents for Clonuske Management CLG since 2005.  From day 1 they provided mature guidance to the new directors of our large development.

All aspects of the management were well controlled providing good value to the directors & owners by efficiently controlling service fee collections, contractor selection and control, block insurance and financial management.

I was also director of another larger development which was in difficulty with the then managing agent.  Debtors and creditors were out of control and the development condition was deteriorating rapidly.  I recommended to the directors that NEAM should be appointed as managing agents and, within 18 months, NEAM worked closely with the directors to improve the common areas. The finances were brought under control with an ongoing cash surplus to facilitate effective management and improvement of the estate.

North East Apartment Management (NEAM) have been the Managing agents for Beaulieu Mews Management CLG for the past 18 years.  Over the years they have contributed to the successful running of our management company and make the directors’ role an easy one.

Apart from arranging and controlling the normal day to day functions (gardening, cleaning common areas, refuse collections etc), NEAM attend to repairs and maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Financial control is maintained by NEAM and the directors are kept informed of service fee payment progress and action on arrears.  Spending as per budget is controlled by NEAM and any sinking fund expenditure is agreed by the directors and arranged by NEAM.  All statutory requirements are arranged by NEAM.

I have found that advice given to directors by NEAM is sound and backed up by their legal and accounting contacts as necessary.
